Students, Parents and Community Members :-

I am privileged to be the Principal of RJSPM, Institute of Pharmacy and I appreciate our teachers, staff, and coaches who serve our Institute. I am especially thankful to management of RJSPM for establishment of this institute and I am very proud of the students who make RJSPM, Institute of Pharmacy, a great place to undertake the professional courses.Rajmata Jijau Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, a public trust has been established in 2000 with single minded goal to impart value-based, student-centric education to the aspirants coming from urban and rural part of Maharashtra.

Trust has knitted together a network of educational activities within short span encompassing pre-primary to professional education. Diploma course in Pharmacy was started in 2006 with an objective to provide high quality professional education affordable to ordinary element of the society.Students are the invaluable wealth of our nation. They require adequate attention, guidance and value based education to make them develop into self guiding individuals. Here the role of education is not only to impact the skills of languages or any subject in the course of development, but education which helps them to develop into competent and strong individuals for humanity also. RJSPM blends the opportunities and options with the intimate, caring and dynamic environment.

A student who is taught discipline will learn the power of self control. Freedom, to be truly effective, needs the guidance of discipline. To be successful, we need self-discipline which teaches us to sacrifice individual interest in favour of group interest.Our most important strength is our faculty. We have a team of dedicated, competent and experienced faculty members who not only educate our student but also take personal care of them as human being throughStudent mentoring cell. Our teachers would be aiming at shaping out students and building a burning desire to learn in them.

We provide the best possible opportunities for the industrial exposure. We are achieving this objective by inviting renowned professionals from the industry for guest lectures, arranging for the factory visits, and offering in plant training to our students and conducting industry sponsored seminars or projects. We would also be aggressively planning our campus interviews every year to achieve 100% placements of students wishing to work after completion of course.

We believe cultural development is important part of education. Our college has done wonders over last 4 years in a no. of extracurricular and co-curricular events by receiving many awards at national and state level competitions. Recently our college has bagged the Award of Excellence for Academic Year 2011-12 from Maharashtra State Board of technical Education, Mumbai.

It is expected that students bring it regularly to college and parents go through it always to apprise themselves of the performance / behavior of her / his wards and to have liaison with the college over any matter of concern.
